A learner for being eligible for admission to Master of Arts in

Psychology shall have passed B. A. with Psychology from University of Mumbai with Psychology (Minimum 3 papers of 300 Marks) and other than University of Mumbai B.A. with Psychology (Minimum 3 papers of 300 Marks) at their V and VI Semester are eligible to apply for the programme.

PSO1: Students will develop the ability to critically evaluate and interpret theories of psychology.

PSO2: Students will have diverse knowledge of workplace models of performance and effectivity.

PSO3: Students will be able to easily translate and operationalise psychological insights into practical interventions

PSO4: Students will be able to address and effectively solve multicultural alignment requirements.

PSO5: Students will be able to implement human resource management related functions at the workplace.

PSO6: They will have the knowledge required to design and implement research work.

PSO7: Students will develop a strong research acumen allowing them to comprehensively address relevant problems.

PSO8: The students will be able to perform personnel and human resource management related function when they enter the workforce.
