Programme Information

The undergraduate degree programme at Mithibai College (Autonomous), which was previously referred to as B.Com. (Honours), has been renamed as the B.Com. (Management & Finance) on introduction of NEP-20 from academic year 2023-24. This specialized programme aims to equip learners with a comprehensive understanding of accounting, finance and management.

The B.Com. (Management & Finance) Programme is designed to provide learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the financial services industry and related fields. By focusing on accounting principles, financial analysis and management practices, learners are prepared to meet the demands of the corporate world and succeed in their professional endeavours.

The programme’s curriculum covers both theoretical and practical aspects, ensuring that learners gain a thorough understanding of the subjects while developing analytical and problem-solving skills. It fosters a mindset of lifelong learning, enabling learners to adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of the business world.

Learners who successfully complete three years of the programme will be awarded a Bachelor’s degree, while learners who complete the fourth year will be awarded a degree in Honours.
