DLLE (Department of Life-Long Learning & Extension) Students affiliated to this Department are involved in various Career Oriented and Community-based activities.  Career Fair, Industry oriented Program, Information Technology Program, Skits and Street Plays on Social issues, Poster Making, Cleanness Drive etc. are the unique mix of activities that the students participate in.

Report of the DLLE Activities upto December 2015.

The first term training programme for the academic year was held on 20th August 2015 Ritumbhara Vishva Vidyapeeth’s, Malini Kishor Sanghvi college of Commerce and Economics Vile Parle (W) for the extension work teachers and students managers. Our college was represented by eight extension work teacher and students managers from all streams. The student managers subsequently trained the students enrolled under the department.
The total number of students who enrolled under the department is 537. The faculty- wise classification of students is as given below.

The training for the students who enrolled for ICT- SDE project was held between 1st and 16th October 2015 in the college. Shri Kiran Patil gave the training. There were 176 students attended the training programme in four batches.
The second term training programme for extension work teachers and student managers was held on 8th December 2015 at Vidypeeth Vidyarthi Bhavan, Churchgate. Subsequently the student managers held, faculty wise, second term training programme for the enrolled students in the college.
A rally was organized by the department under PEC, creating awareness on Emotional First Aid on 16th December 2015. Rally started from Mithibai College and ended at hotel Tulip Star. More than fifty students participated in the rally, holding placards, posters and flex.
The Career Fair for the academic year was held for two days, on 7th and 8th January 2016, in the college premises. Among the sixty different career options displayed by the students, to name few were graphology, Tarot card reading, makeup artiste, artificial jewelry, nail art, botanical gardening stood out.
On the same day fifty students conducted awareness exhibition on “Emotional First-aid” under Population Education Programme (PEC).
Our department also proposes to organize NGO Bazaar, in the month of mid of February, with the objective of lending support to NGOs working for various humanitarian causes and to expose students to entrepreneurship and social responsibility.
UDDAN, the Extension Work Annual Festival will be held on 15th January 2016 at the St. Francis institute of Management and research, Borivali (west). Our students are participating in Poster competition and Street play competition.
