Colosseum

Colosseum is one of the city’s best intercollegiate management event organised by the students Mithibai College’s Self-Financed courses (BMS, BAF, BFM, BBI). Colosseum is also one of the oldest management festivals, now in its 17th year and has been growing in participation every year. This student driven event puts their management skills to test; here they live the practical side of business as they organise for sponsorship, manage people and teams and promote the event.

Colosseum 18

Colosseum is one of the city’s best intercollegiate management event organised by the students Mithibai College’s Self-Financed courses (BMS, BAF, BFM, BBI). Colosseum is also one of the oldest management festivals, now in its 18th year and has been growing in participation every year. This student driven event puts their management skills to test; here they live the practical side of business as they organise for sponsorship, manage people and teams and promote the event.   
The 18th edition of Colosseum was held on the 20th, 21st and 22nd  December 2017. Colosseum 18 lived up to its name and position as the students displayed the best of management and creative prowess.
This year saw a participation of more than 60 colleges from around the city, these colleges competed in about 25 events all conceptualised and managed by students. Most of these events were related to the field of management, followed by literary and fine arts, gaming and sports. 
The pronites of Colosseum 18 were indeed memorable and out of the box. On 20th of December Colosseum managed a huge crowds of students who danced to the tune of the world famous DJ Zaeden. On the 21st it was the sensational Amit Trivedi one of the most sought-after music director in bollywood, Amit Trivedi and his band mesmerized the huge crowd with their soulful and foot tapping numbers at the JRM grounds. 
This year Colosseum initiated the Colosseum Conclave meant for inspiring and stimulating young minds. The Conclave saw the likes of Mr. Niranjan Hiranandani, Founder and MD of the Hiranandani group; Rishi Darda, Editorial & Jt. Managing Director Lokmat group; Pandita Anuradha Pal the first and world renowned female Tabla player; IPS Krishna Prakash and Pritika Chatterjee, founder Tidy Homes. The panel also joined by the Principal Dr. Rajpal Shripat Hande was a heartfelt and inspiring discussion on youth and passion.
 In its 18th year Colosseum reached new heights and served its purpose of giving students a platform to perform and put their managements skills learnt in the classrooms to test.
